What Signed Off holds, who can see it, and what the models do and do not do.

What we hold.
Two kinds of data, and only one of them is yours alone.
- Public
- Source documents are public SEC filings.
- Private
- Your circle-ups, review decisions and deliverables. They are private to your organization.
- Who sees it
- Access is by organization membership and by role on each circle-up.
- Roles
- Creator, admin, user and viewer. Viewers cannot change circles.

Access.
Sign-on follows your organization. Membership is managed by your admins.
- SSO
- Single sign-on via SAML for organizations.
- Admins
- Organization admins invite members, set their roles, and can lock a user.
- Requests
- A member who can see a circle-up but is not on it requests access.

Models and your data.
A plain statement of what decides a circle, and what never does.
- Your data
- Customer data is never used to train models.
- Extraction
- Fixed rules, the same every time. Every number on every page is found, and none is dropped.
- Circling
- Signed Off recommends which numbers to circle. Each run records the version of the software that made its recommendations.
- Never-circle
- Items that are never circled, such as page numbers and note references, are excluded last, as a final override that nothing can overturn.
- Language models
- No large language model decides what is extracted or circled. By policy, a language model may only label or explain what extraction has already produced.

- Multi-tenant cloud at signedoff.com.

- A single-tenant instance operated by Signed Off.
- Your VPC
- Deployed in your own cloud account.
