§1 · Pricing
Pricing is usage-based. We will walk you through how it applies to your practice.
You do not need that conversation before you begin. Create an account, set up your organization and run a circle-up from a filing. When you want the terms set out for your group or your firm, write to us and we will go through them with you.
Included in every configuration
Every number on every page is extracted and none is dropped. Signed Off recommends what to circle, and never-circle rules apply as the final override: items such as page numbers and note references are never circled.
The filing page beside the items panel, recorded review passes, and prior judgments carried forward from your earlier circle-ups for the same issuer. A Comfort Letter deliverable on every circle-up, your own deliverables alongside it, and a circled PDF for each.
Organizations with members and admins, a role for each person on each circle-up, and groups that keep the circle-ups and deliverables of one transaction together. SSO via SAML.
§2 · Deployment
The application and the pipeline are the same in each. What changes is who operates the infrastructure and whose account it runs in.

§3 · Getting started
The path is self-serve from the first step to the last.
Step 1
Sign-up is open to anyone. There is no invitation to wait for and no call to schedule.
Step 2
Create your organization, or join the one your firm already has. Admins invite members and set their roles.
Step 3
Search by name or CIK, then browse the issuer’s public filings. Save the issuer to a list if you will come back to it.
Step 4
The run happens in front of you. The filing is viewable immediately and circles appear on the page as the run goes. If section detection is unsure, the run pauses and asks you to confirm the sections.
Step 5
Work through the items beside the filing page. Circle or uncircle any item, and each change is attributed to the person who made it. The review pass is recorded when you complete it.
Step 6
One PDF per deliverable, as Circled Pages or All Pages. It is generated automatically and regenerated when the circle-up changes.

No. Create an account, set up your organization and start a circle-up from a filing. Dedicated and VPC deployments are the exception: those start with a conversation.
Never. Customer data is not used to train models. The source documents are public SEC filings; your circle-ups, review decisions and deliverables are private to your organization.
No. No large language model decides what is extracted or what is circled. Extraction follows fixed rules, the same every time, and every number is extracted. Signed Off then recommends include, candidate or exclude for each number. Never-circle rules apply as a final override, and a reviewer can circle or uncircle any item.
Yes. Organizations can sign in with SSO via SAML.
Yes. Signed Off can be deployed in your own cloud account, inside your VPC, and it is the same product as the cloud version. We do not offer an installation outside a cloud account.
