Review

Table numbers leave the items panel

·Numbers inside a table no longer get their own rows in the items panel. Selecting the table covers them.
·They are still extracted, and you can still circle them on the page.
·The items panel gains filters for item kind, number type and review reason.

Review

Circle rows, columns or cells of a table

·A table can be circled whole, or as a selection of rows, columns or individual cells.
·The selection is drawn the same way on the filing page and in the circled PDF.

Deliverables

Deliverables in the review header, and red in the color picker

·The review header lists the circle-up’s deliverables under the filing. Anyone who can change circles can add a new deliverable from there, and it is offered immediately when circling.
·Red, the Comfort Letter color, is now available in the color picker for your own deliverables.

Classification

Classification gaps closed after a year of one issuer’s filings

·We ran a full year of a large issuer’s filings through the pipeline, annual and quarterly reports, current reports and prospectuses, and reviewed every classification.
·More references are now recognized as references: rule and regulation citations, accounting standard numbers and exhibit numbers. Fewer numbers are left as unknown.
·Reference-type numbers are never circled, so they no longer appear under Review Suggested.

Review

Numbers inside images

·Images in a filing are now review items. The numbers inside them are read too.
·An image that carries numbers appears under Review Suggested with the reason Numbers in image. Images are not circled automatically. The reviewer decides.

Review

Prior judgments

·When your organization has an earlier circle-up for the same issuer, items are matched between the two filings.
·Matching prior decisions are carried forward, a prior reviewer’s uncircle is respected, and every difference is surfaced for review as Differs from prior or New.
·The items panel shows the prior page and the prior state next to each matched item.

Export, structure

Circled PDFs generate on their own, and sections can be confirmed

·Circled PDFs are generated automatically and regenerated when the circle-up changes. There is no Generate button to press.
·If section detection is unsure, the run pauses and asks a person to confirm the sections, then resumes. This now also works for filings whose sections are found through table-of-contents links.
